This first of its kind initiative redefines how skill development is delivered, transcending traditional classroom boundaries by embedding learning directly into the flow of work. Through a mobile fleet of fully equipped training units, the Learning on Wheels initiative will travel across major cities and remote project sites including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Madinah, Tabuk, and other regions to deliver hands-on, interactive training directly to EFSIM’s Housekeeping and FM teams.
